Gas Safe Register are pleased to announce that the Contact Centre and Technical Helpline will be operating extended hours as part of a one month trial to evaluate the demand for greater access to the services from consumers and registered businesses.
The trial will operate from Thursday 1 November 2018 and end on Friday 30 November 2018 and the trial operating hours will be Monday to Friday 07:30 – 19:00. Customers and engineers will be able to speak directly with Customer Service and Technical Helpline advisors during these times.
These opening times may be subject to amendment during the trial, dependent upon the levels of demand experienced.
At this stage the extended operation will not include inspection appointments.
