Information for carers
Carers provide vital care to the elderly and
other vulnerable people allowing them to stay
independent in their own home.
It is important that their home is kept Gas Safe and that carers
are aware of the gas safety risks.
Remember it is important that gas appliances are used correctly,
safety checked annually and serviced regularly by a Gas Safe
registered engineer.
Carers should also be aware of the dangers
of carbon monoxide poisoning so that any symptoms can be
spotted.
